Prices start from $100 per night 
We charge a one night deposit on booking to confirm your accommodation.
We also charge a $100 Bond on arrival and have a 7 day cancellation policy 
$10 Friday and Saturday Night Surcharge also applies   
Prices are quoted for 2 people any additional guest are charged at $10 per person

From $190 per night (for stays more than 2 nights)

Cottage has queen bed in the main bedroom, second bedroom has 2 single beds, bathroom, full size separate kitchen with fridge,
separate lounge with tv, sofa and fold out bed, log fire in winter, patio at rear.

The house is located in West Pinjarra 2 kilometres from the Caravan Park in a countryside setting.  The house is suitable for large groups
and companies seeking accommodation with parking to accommodate large vehicles. This is a new build house with
modern features and appliances. The house has 2 queen size bedrooms and 2 twin rooms with an additional single bed in the second living area. 
Spacious kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Living area and separate laundry room which includes a washing machine.
Back patio with BBQ.
